A few simple rules keep the villa calm, private, and welcoming. Thank you for treating it like your own home for the week.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise gentle between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for neighbours and the birds.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke in the garden, using the ashtrays provided.
Pets
We love animals — pets are welcome on request, with a small cleaning fee.
Pool safety
There is no lifeguard. Adults are responsible for supervising children at the pool at all times.
Parties & events
No parties. The villa is designed for private stays — any gathering with extra guests must be agreed in advance, in writing, with all conditions (guest count, hours, additional cleaning). An additional charge may apply. Unauthorised parties may end the stay without refund.
Damage
Accidents happen — please let us know quickly so we can replace what's broken without fuss.
Care for the garden
The garden is part of the villa's soul. Please be gentle with the plants and the wildlife that visits them.
