What we collect
When you submit a booking enquiry or contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number (optional), travel dates, guest count, and any message you choose to send. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your stay. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a managed database hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform. Access is restricted to the villa owner via authenticated admin login; database row-level security policies prevent public access to booking records.
Retention & deletion
Booking enquiries are retained for as long as needed to manage your stay and respond to follow-up questions. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
Cookies
The site uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember your language and currency preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by Villa Whitney.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Admin access requires a password-protected account. We do not display credit card details on the site — payment arrangements are confirmed directly with the owner after enquiry.
